Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging our HVAC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Service Agreement

All HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services are performed under a written service agreement provided at the time of the visit. Work begins only upon your written or verbal approval of the quoted price. The agreed price is the final price — additional work not included in the original quote requires a separate approval.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Diagnostic fees are charged upon arrival and are applied to the cost of any repair that is performed. Written quotes are provided before labor begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change for work not completed within that period.

4. Warranty

All repairs are backed by a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new or unrelated system failures. Equipment installations carry a 1-year workmanship warranty; manufacturer equipment warranties apply separately per the manufacturer's terms.

Warranty coverage is void if the system is modified, improperly maintained, or damaged by events outside of our control (including but not limited to flooding, lightning, or power surges).

5. Liability Limitation

Pompano Beach HVAC Repair's liability for any service is limited to the cost of that service. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from HVAC system failure or service, including food spoilage, property damage not caused by our negligence, or lost income.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the equipment
  • Disclosing known hazards or conditions affecting the work site
  • Ensuring an adult (18+) is present during service
  • Timely payment per the agreed terms

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at (954) 888-3356 or repair@pompanobeachhvac.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida.
